UK Delivery

Our standard UK delivery is within 3 working days. Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays).

EU Delivery

Our standard European delivery service is normally within 3-7 working days. Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding Public holidays).

US Delivery

Our standard North America delivery service is normally within 5 working days. Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays).

We currently ship to mainland Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand. Everything is shipped from our distribution centre in Oxford, UK, so you may need to pay local import duty. To check for pricing, just enter your address at Checkout and select between Standard or Tracked delivery options.

If you are looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch before shipping so we can get this sorted for you. If an exchange is approved, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We offer a 14 day returns policy on clothing. The item must be unworn, show no signs of damage and with original tags & packaging. If a return is approved, we’ll issue a replacement item or store credit.

Olotur eserves the right to restrict the order of multiple quantities of an item to any one customer or postal address.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We are unable to amend or cancel any orders once they have been placed.

Prices shown are in GBP. Olotu are not responsible for any import duties on international orders.
